Oh my goodness. Barrow AK is where I grew up. It does NOT have freezing temperatures 324 days per year. This video makes Barrow look like a total winter desert with non stop winds. But it's not constantly like this. There is a summer!!!

@lostindiancamp Yesterday it was 110 for half the day. It was 109 at 8pm. Im about to upload a video of a fire that was on my street. A transformer on an electrical line over heated and exploaded. The whole telephone pole was engulfed in flames. I caught it near the end though because i had to put new batteries in my camera.

@TheBassguy1 It only snows in the mountains in Australia. I read in a mag that we have more skiable snow here in Oz than Switzerland, whatever that means?? Though from what I saw here in Oz you end up on rocks or trees at the end of a ski run, not quite Switzerland quality!!

I was out hunting outside of barrow in 70F weather ... its reasonably warm (and very nice) in the summer.  Wind is annoying though.
