for now at least Cash Shop has nothing that lets Paying users have an advantage over free users...

all they have is Costumes and the ability to buy Champions with real cash...

really the only thing a paying user has over a free user is the ability to pick any champion,

while the free user has to go with the free 10 champions that are available that week...

but free users eventually save up enough IP(in game currency) to buy and keep champions so thats not a big issue either ...
