I think this is the Turbo version. I used to own Turbo a long time ago. Now the only version I own is the collections version, but I don't know if it uses the same theme as the original Turbo.

I saved up long and hard for SSFII on the SNES even had that cover, cost me about £60 maybe £70 back then from Gamezone (Now GAME) damn expensive then. Wasnt happy when they came out with Super Turbo not long after even though i dont think that made a SNES version i still wanted to play as Akuma and perform the super moves.
