No need to rip on the vocalist, his voice does a great job staying on key. I think if he worked on projection to make it sound more powerful, and if he put a bit more passion and energy into it he could be a totally kick ass vocalist.

Yeah. Cam joined the band 3 days before the show and we only practiced for about 25 minutes a day in the band room at school during lunch. We weren't planning on having him sing, but when he was only around us, he was quite good. His voice was perfectly harmonized with ours (as you can hear during the choruses like at 1:05). We weren't expecting much, but we loved Cam and we need him to sing for us to make it easier to play and sound good. Nerves just got the best of him I guess. Love you Cam :D
If it makes you feel any better, Gerard's voice was pretty sucktastic when they were first starting out. If you listen to the attic demos, he's all like screechy and stuff. And his voice is incredibly high throughout, like if he had yet to hit puberty lol.

Yeah. But it was the best we could do. We weren't even planning on having him sing, he joined the band about 2 weeks before the talent show.
And since Gerard Way has a very unique voice, it's hard to find someone who sounds like him in a high school with only 500 kids in it.
