Excellent detail on exaclty what a new grappler needs to focus on. My only contentions are that it doesn't cover any back mounting whatsoever; which is a must for a BJJ blue. On a lesser note there were also no submisssion escapes...even though during the grappling portion of the tests the testees were showing plenty of sub escapes. I'll buy the next set for sure though.
