Obviously, Aqua does not inspire people to commit suicide. Its a subtle play on the "God! This music is so annoying and cheery that I want to commit suicide to make it stop!" that a lot of people who are fans of harder music say when listening to an Aqua song.

Its also just supposed to be a joke that an obvious emo is listening to this song, when she is clearly so unhappy. Decide for yourself if this video has a deep psych. meaning. :)
