as much as the elections are contested i do not see where tribalism comes in. it was not the kikuyu that stole/won the election, it was Kibaki and his golf buddies. therefore to blame a whole people for the mistakes of a few is ridiculus. if i take your example then every luo/kalenjin should be charged for the ethnic violence taking place in the rift valley and nyanza. as much as i join you in giving respect to the victims of the violence, i as a kikuyu(and i am sure i speak for others)
do not appreciate being lumped up with the corrupt ruling elite who do not pay my/our bills. further more we the common mwananchi, all 42 tribes, should be worried about holding our elected ruling class responsible not making them richer. by pointing the finger at each other we both lose sight of the big picture.
i live in kenya when that happend but i moved country now xD

I just feel lucky that I'm living in America..if it wasn't for my mom being half white. We would be living in Vietnam right now and be very poor.
