Great movie - well done Mr Anthony Hopkins for bringing this wonderful story of one mans accomplishments to someone who wouldn't have known otherwise - this is why movies are made and remembered, one of your finest performances.

How relieving it is to know this is no Hollywood make-believe. There are no heroes anymore, and Burt was probably the last one. This is having a gifted mind and two balls of steel. Let's all look up to him.

@Pitumisio If you want to see another hero...and yes, there still are a few about, have a look at John Britten, and his V1000, that beat Ducati, and all the others, in the 90's. (Tragically ended life, but his legacy is fantastic) I wish I knew both of them. God bless.

great story..just saw the movie 'The World's Fastest Indian'...quite touching and completely accurate. Thought I'd look him up..and found all this about him.

Truly one of the greatest motorcyclists of all time. that is probably a understatement
