his next exhibition wont be till next year, his parents want him to concentrate on school. Because you know making over 250 000 on each painting isnt a career in itself.

it would be a HUGE shame if his parents made him lose that tallent.

This little boy is as ugly as J.M.William Turner and he has the same painting skills as J.M. William Turner. In case of you don't know who is William Turner I recommend you to visit the Tate Gallery in London to see his masterpieces.

Australian News this morning, then googling to find out more about this young painter. I'm truely blown away by his talent. I just hope he can remain a well adjusted young boy, so that he doesnt get sick of painting. The world would be a much sadder place if his 'future' works would cease. I wonder if he'll have his own website? I can't afford his paintings, but would love to be able to get a print or a calendar, or something else like that. Congrats to Keiran and his parents for sharing.

also bluemoon, in watercolours you work from light to dark, building up the layers. Watch how quick & acurate his brush strokes are putting the black over the grey ( the first layer) to build up contrast. You could learn something here.

Kieron lives just up the road from me. There is now a massive interest in his his work from all over the world & regretably that ugly word 'Investment' is the buzz-word so understandably it might be difficult to buy. Pity as I'm a marine watercolourist & am knocked-out by his skill & would love also to own one of his works. This is one to watch for the future. Enjoy the sea my friend.

If you watch him in the background at 0.30 onwards you'll see him painting other areas of the picture - I'm an artist and Book Illustrator and he's definitely not faking - also, most exceptional people have parent/s or grandparent/s with similar ability, though not as great - mozart and his father, etc. - martin

Yes your quite right me and the mrs are quite good musical and can sing competently but we have produced a singing child prodigy.

bluemoon, of course he's painting the same thing 3 times as you say, its a set piece for camera to put on air ( its how its done ). Twice now you've accused him of being a fake, say it five times & it might come true for you ???

btw, surely you cant be surprised that his parents have an interest in art ? One day your wish might come true & you will see him ACTUALLY painting - - - - when your paying him to give you lessons !
