R/T ticket to Bangkok is about P3,500 up, depende sa promo ng Cebu Pacific and PAL, and can go as high as P12,000 or more. Travel tax, which they exclude sa ticket fare, is P1,620 and the terminal fee is P750.

  • I donot know the step by step, Thanks to you Comrade Chukkoi for Saving me again on this video, Im worried for 2 weeks, Im going to 8000 miles away from home, now Alam ko na THank you, Pasubscribe tuloy!

  • Ok. Glad to be of help. Have a fun and safe trip, and thank you for watching! :-)

  • Hala, naging travel guru na ako, haha!

It's best to ask sa mga travel agencies as I haven't encountered that case. Baka mali pa ma-advice ko. In my opinion lang, bring documents (like old government issued ID's, marriage contract, etc.) that'll prove na this used to be your maiden name, or have your passport renewed with your new name on it para wala nang mga tanong.

BTW, your ticket should match your name sa passport a.

  • kuya..>!ikaw ang gus2 koh kasama sa pag alis koh papuntang hk..!

heheheheh..>!!plss.>! sama ka...para nman may kasama kmi ng tita koh..dahil kami lang 2..,sa june pa po...!

  • Yeah!!!

Basta magtravel lang- see the world. Feel good and experience it (and for me, perhaps host it!)

Thanks for being a fan of my travel vids. More travel vids soon, haha! Ingats!

    :-)

  • nice!um even though NAIA is not really nice...in your video with you doing the talk you make NAIA a nice airport!hahaha kababalaghan?hahaha by the way pinoy ako!go cebu pacific!eh PAL pla!

  • Just a few days ago, some narrow-minded person (who claims to have traveled a lot)commented to remove all my travel vids kasi nakakahiya daw, parang first time traveler daw ako. Hai... you just can't please everyone, haha!

Anyway, tnx for appreciating my vids and seeing it in a better perspective. Maski madalas ako mag travel, may magic parin making these experiences seem like the first time. Exciting kasi, haha! Yeah!

Dami pa akong vids. Have fun watching!

    Ingats! :-)

  • Nice video. I've never been to bangkok but I have plans of going there hopefully next year. So what are the best places to visit there? So it was just you basically who took that video right?

  • Best places? Everywhere's good for me, specially at night, haha!

I haven't been around that much, but from where I found myself, I'd recommend:

    1) Going to the beach (Koh Samet is nice)

    2) Do take some day tours (floating market, Wat Po, etc.)

    3) Pat Pong area at night

Make friends with locals, have tour guide! Haha! I've met locals at Samet last 2001 and they take us around Bangkok whenever I go back there. Thais are very friendly. :-)

  • ganyan din gagawin ko pag pupunta na ko au

  • It's good that my vids were able to help you.

Yan, may idea ka na. Basta tatlo lang tandaan mo pag international travel:

    1) Check-in

    2) Airport Fee (some airports don't charge)

    3) Immigration

Yun lang dadaanan mo other than security check in between.

Good luck sa travel mo in the future!

    Thanks for watching! :-)

  • i hate the hassle and leaving love ones sa NAIA..

    uhh,,

  • Hassles... that contibutes to NAIA's identity.

Leaving loved ones? That's what makes NAIA memorable. NAIA's really a classic, haha!

    Thanks for watching! :-)

  • HEY MY FRIEND....I GOING TO MANILA SOON ,I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY I CAN BRING AND IF I CAN BRING CHOCOLATE TO,jejejej,MAYBE IS FUNNY BUT IS TOTALY TRUE,I CHECK MANYS VIDEO ABOUT YOU ,VERY INTEREST,NICE,DIDACTIC AND FUNNY TO..THANKS...

  • hi nice vid... question... how much peso can I bring for intl travel, di ba may limit lang kung ilang pesos ang pwedeng dalhin... kung lumampas sa amount na un eh mahaharang sa immigration? is it max 10k or 50k? tnx

  • I'm not quite sure about the peso. But if I'm not mistaken, you can't bring out dollar bills exceeding $10,000. But if you need to (for medical, business, etc.), you simply need to declare it so they'll know. Papayagan ka naman as long as you declare it tapos may valid reason ka. As for peso, i'm not sure if the amount is the equivalent to $10,000 or some other amount than that. Besides, you wont need a big amount in pesos outside RP. Always convert to US dollars when leaving. :-)

  • chukkoi...nice alias...lol...by the way...you said your using N70 pare..then naka offline mode na sya??

  • Hehe! Thanks!

Yup, I use N70. It's an old model these days but when it comes to shooting or taking pics, it activates fast soon as you slide the back cover.

On the ground I keep it online. But I switch to offline mode soon as we start to push back from the tarmac.

  • panu ung mga first time magaabroad tapos mag-isa lang?

  • What about them, kung mag-isa? Lakasan ng loob. Madali lang naman bumiyahe ng international e. Eto lang mga dadaanan pag international flight:

    1) Check-in

    2) Airport Tax

    3) Immigration

    4) Gate

May security checks lang getting into the airport and getting to the gate.

Tsaka as much as possible, bring along a companion. Boring kasi pag mag-isa mag travel. Wala kang kakuwentuhan, tsaka wala kang kasamang tumawa pag may nakita kayong pwedeng pintasan, hahaha! ;-)

  • ei chukkoi hmm eticket ung binigay s inyo ng cebu pacific??.....

  • yup.

  • ah okei thank you....eticket dn kc binigay skn ng pal....nga pla hnd n ko NWA sbi mo kc d masarap food hehehe.....thank you....

  • Haha! Chikkoi daw... parang chicos, haha! :-)

The seating configuration of 5J kasi is ALL COACH CLASS, unlike other airlines na divided into 3 classes ang service (First, Business, Coach).

At the counter, tell the check-in agent na you would like to have a window seat at the front of the cabin as much as possible. It's a first come first served service so you might want to arrive at NAIA early to get the slot.

  • Also, DO NOT bring any form of liquids sa carry on baggage, may it be perfume, shampoo, bottled drinks, etc. Pinapatapon sa airport for security purposes.

Put your carry on luggage sa overhead bin above you as much as possible. My knapsack was stolen by a passenger on a Continental Flight from Guam kasi I placed it overhead bin ko sa harap and I was reseated sa gitna ng plane. Yung pasaherong nauna, kinuha knapsack ko at di ako makahabol dahil siksikan nung bumababa na sa plane.

  • Nabalik naman sakin yung knapsack when they caught the thief sa may baggage check bago lumabas ng airport which the woman was explaining na nagkamali lang daw ng bitbit. O diba?

Sometimes kahit mag CR ka lang, may chance na may magbukas ng bag mo sa ilalim ng seat. Who knows. Basta the lesson is ALWAYS LOOK AFTER YOUR BELONGINGS. Wag burara. Kahit sa eroplano may magnanakaw. At mukang desente pa sila! Hahaha!

  • If you want to wander around the airport and aren't on a rush, 6pm is fine, but it's quite early that counters may still be closed. Usually all int'l airlines require that you be at the airport 3 hours before your scheduled flight. I sometimes go there 4 hours before so I can take pictures and do videos. First time travelling? Take the window to get a good view of take offs and landings. Feel sick? There's a vomit bag in the seat pocket.

  • I avoid staying near the bathroom coz sometimes there's a nasty smell.

I recommend sitting in front as much as possible. You're the last to board the plane, so you have enough time to fix up your stuff while people line up to board, and you're among the first to get off the plane when you land.

I don't like aisle seats as it passengers disturb my sleep when people next to you need to go to the toilet, and people walking around sometimes hit my elbow! :-)

  • When you get past security after entering NAIA, go look for a Cebu Pacific counter that has your destination on it, because there are other 5J counters that are open but are accomodating passengers for specific destinations. So if you're bound for Hong Kong, line up at the counter that says Hong Kong. In short, yeah, there's a particular one for a flight, haha!

  • Hindi. It's not their concern kung may pera kang dala paalis. Yung country na pinupuntahan mo ang pwede magtanong kung may pera kang baon to last during your stay. Although hindi naman nagtatanong lagi, the countries that I've been to na nagtanong sakin minsan kung magkano baon ko are immigration from Palau and from the US.

  • very nice vids tol i really enjoy... can iask tol kng anong mga requirement ko for going bangkok or cambodia for tourist?i mean kailangan ko ba ng letter of invitation?i hope can u answer my question thx...

  • Hello! Thanks for writing. :-)

Requirements... just your Philippine passport and return ticket. Part kasi tayo ng ASEAN kaya wala nang visa kelangan, unless lalampas ang stay mo for 14 days yata. No need for any letter of invitation. Sa Cambodia di ako sure.

Ay oo nga pala, dala ka at least $200 sa Bangkok para sa shopping ng damit kung mahilig ka. Mura doon tsaka mahirap iwasan na di ka bumili sa mga tiangge, hahaha!

    Ingats! :-)

  • last christmas i was there and ony paid p550 tax, has it gone up!

  • Yes it's P750 now.

  • how much you pay from naia to bangkok with cebu ?

  • About P10,000 excluding the P1,620 travel tax which you need to pay at the airport.

  • Hahaha! Nice that I was able to show you the secret toilet, hahaha!

    Thanks for watching! :-)

  • ang dami kong memories dyan gusto ko na umuwi waaaaaaaa

  • Sabi ko sayo e, kaya mahirap palitan ang NAIA kahit ikumpara mo sa big airports, mami-miss mo talaga yan. :-)

  • i'm er in the UK...NAIA has got the loveliest people.

  • Wow! Would love to visit the UK. Maybe one of these days makakagawa rin ako ng vid sa London Gatwick or Heathrow... :-)

  • I work at heathrow airport...nakakainnis ka..lol.punta ka dito, ibook kita ng tour pass. : )

  • O!?! Hahaha! Wow!

Sige, pag pwede na ako bumiyahe ng UK, I'll keep in touch beforehand tapos i-guest kita sa travel vids ko, haha! O diba? Naks!

  • oo nga! good idea. tapos gawa tayo ng film! lol

    hhaha

    documentary daw..

    ingats! ha!

    subscribe me sayo.

  • ikaw nanaman! dude... thank you! i love watching airport videos lalo sa sa pinas... tagal kuna kc di nakikita to eh, buti di ka nakagat ng mga buwaya dyan, anyway thnx and merry christmass.

  • Hehe! Hello...!

I'm glad natutuwa kayo sa mga travel vids ko. Para sa inyo yung mga vids. Matagal din ako nalayo sa pinas and I know what it feels like. Kahit ganito sitwasyon, maa-appreciate at mami-miss mo rin, naks!

    Thanks for watching! :-)

  • kano ano mo si nicka?? at ung mga guyz na ksma mo??

  • Yup. Mga schoolmates ko si Nica tsaka si Geoff. The rest are Nica's parents, bro, & cousin. Kasama ko sila sa isang vid, yung sa Hong Kong.

  • ^_^

  • haha! i changed clothes in 2004 dun sa hidden cr na un. haha! i was on an asiana OZ 0723 pa ung flight number nun. haha

  • Doon din ako nagpalit when doing this vid, hahaha!

  • NAIA's security was tight like this even before 9/11/01. If the airports in the United States were as tight as this, even before 9/11/01 it would portray a good sense of security, leaving no tolerance for acts of terrorism in US airports.

  • I remember when I stayed in Chicago, whenever me & my cousin would like to just hangout and watch airplanes, we'd park and dine at Midway Airport. It was easy then to get in. We just go thru one or two levels of security then we can eat at the terminal's restaurants. These days- it's IMPOSSIBLE, haha!

  • OMG! The Terminal Fee was P550 at NAIA Centennial Terminal 2 last November 2006. They keep increasing the price, what's going on?

  • I dunno, but it it has increasd to P750. The airports from neighboring Asian countries don't charge airport fees. Oops, except Xiamen's Airport... unless they stopped doing so. According to a Thai local that I talked to, they stopped charging terminal fees at Suvarnabhumi. I dunno why at NAIA, they still charge terminal fees. Hmmmm.... :-)

  • Keep the videos coming! Probably your next video could be titled "AIRPORT TRAVELS & AIRPORTS: Manila NAIA Centennial Terminal 2 to Los Angeles" maybe in 2009, "AIRPORT TRAVELS & AIRPORTS: Manila NAIA Terminal 3 to _______"

  • I should've done vids on airports I've been on like LAX, ORD, JFK, HNL, but unfortunately I didn't have a digicam or a celfone camera that time. But I still have my frequent flier miles, haha!

Soon CleverCAB. The next vid's for you!

Take care! And thanks for watching my vids!

    :-)

  • lol finally, been waiting for one of these. by the way, i think NAIA should make terminal one bigger, its too small!!! lol

  • NAIA has a terminal 2, which is also small, hahaha! It's exclusive to Philippine Airlines. If they want to make NAIA 1 bigger, they should relocate as the airport shares runways with Villamor Airbase...I think.

Thanks for watching! More vids coming up!

  • Sorry eijiboygtr, but I don't think this is the right place to talk about my school. I do not intend to promote it here, nor say any opinion about it. :-)

However, if you intend to take up nursing, I hope it's really in your heart that you want to pursue that course. If so, I'm sure you'd do well. As a student, it's then up to you to make the most out of your stay in whatever school you choose, and to make every day a fun experience. :-)

  • mura nga lang ticket... advance booking thanks to credit card (^,^)

  • Yung 6630 daw... :-)

  • lol i'm going to have to use that secret bathroom when i go to Ninoy Aquino next summer

  • HAHAHA! At least this time you don't have to hold it till you get past immigration... sa check-in hall pwede na palang makawiwi! ;-)

  • Grabe naman kayu... pa travel travel lang. Magkano ba papuntang bangkok? Sosyal kayu ha.. hehehe. Enjoy ba?

  • Next month naman daw sa Shanghai, haha! Nagkakayayaan na naman!

We got the airfare for P8,000 per person during this promo sa Cebu Pacific. Di pa sosyal yan, taghirap pa, otherwise nag Thai Airways kami or PAL, hehe!

Enjoy naman lahat, except for out return flight, medyo pagod na yata mga tao tsaka cabin crew kaya bugnutin. May kasama akong nakipagsagutan pa sa eroplano, hahaha!
