I'm still confused how Lara and Amanda in the present, talking to Lady Croft in the past, somehow caused her disappearance in the past, leading Lara to be looking for the sword in the present and go through all this... resulting in the events in the past that led to this moment in the present... TIME PARADOX!! O.O

anniversary : lara goes to find scion ( that was in 1996)

Legend :10 years later lara goes to find the excalibur (2006)

underworld :2 years later she is going to find her mother (2008)

after the events of anniversary, Lara met amanda at the research team in Bolivia in legend, the disaster in Tiwanaku buried amanda, which made her mad to why lara didn't dig her co-workers remains. this started the two's rivalry. Lara then starts her quest for avalon, then amanda budges in, saying she wants to get to avalon, but to no prevail. ....(read next comment)

in the end of legend misundestandings destroyed the portal which worsened the wound, yet lara haven't got the guts to kill amanda. At the start of underworld, Lara begins her quest for mjollnr, knowing that avalon and helhiem was the same and the hammer was the only key in entering it.

while busy doing this, Amanda dug up Natla's body(in atlantis, last level of TR:anniversary) and kept her as prisoner. ...read next comment

Natla gave all the knowledge Amanda hungers for and more. she manipulated amanda to drive her to her wants (which is ragnarok, or seventh age) which the two(lara and amanda) realize a little to late for good.....the two then team up despite that they are enemies, to stop natla from destroying the whole world.

by the way, amanda is an anthropologist, that's why she seeks knowledge about avalon, according to the story she wanted to go to avalon to study its culture and stuff like that may help the world today. And I think she doesn't want anything to do with Lara so a rivalry sparked.

Xbox graphics are good, no doubt about it. BUT..does anyone else think, that having Lara on Xbox sum what actually takes away her proper facial features. Lara has a distinct look to her. The Xbox graphics should have kept it too but they smoothed out her features way too much. It almost does not even look like her.
