Yes, but you don't seem to see the main pull factor. Stanford is, as of now, the ONLY school that is recruiting him to play Quarterback. He wants to play QB. Why would he not go to Stanford if he can play QB there? Do you think he should go to Florida and ride the bench for four years?
I was more making a comment than disputing you. Yea I agree with you. If he wants to play starter then Stanford is the best option for him. If he wants to run towards his strengths then Florida's Urban Meyer's system is best for him even though he probably will sit a lot.

Vertical: 30 inches (ehh...)
Pro Agility Shuttle: 4.5 seconds. there are Sophomore OL who run faster than that
Bench: 6 reps (I assume at 225. thats still pretty weak. Sam McGuffie did 15 reps at 355 and he weighs 190 pounds)
He can show it on the field, no doubt, but some college scouts are gonna want better numbers than those.
