  • I think I can forgo both honey and bacon. I would also cook the mushroom a tad longer before I actually deglaze it with red wine and add brown stock in later. I'd also use chives for my potatoes as oppose to parsly. But you are the chef, your way.

    And mrsfett, I'm sure your are dick and a half for talking to people like that. I have watched your video and seriously you are such a fucking looser too.

  • ummmm you do realize that steak that brown is NOT good... its been oxidized, and your an idiot.

  • @mrsfett -you are correct! I am an idiot....my mother hated me also. Steak was not oxidized-very fresh and was room temperature. Videos do not always give a true color.Have a nice day!!!
