It is not fake, I even had better achievements than this. If this were fake, I would have all Marvelous (Or Fantastic) and/or Perfect. But I got some Greats. In fact, I got a pretty big amount in my opinion. -_-

Well, of course, I speed modded the song (The original goes at an average 158 BPM). The mod I think I used was C575, which makes the song go at 575 BPM. So it would've been very hard to see for a mundane at the speed. You get used to the speed as it progresses...people play at even faster BPMs y'know, like 777 or 800.
