  • from what I can see, what your lacking is the ability to really put out maximum effort in your jump, force and speed wise. It doesn't look like your doing it forceful and fast enough. Think speed, and throwing your body up as hard and fast as possible.

    It's gonna take a lot of work to reprogram you nervous system.

    Also be aware of recovery, perhaps you are just doing too much, and not allowing enough rest to allow your body to express itself properly

  • 9 foot rim... im 15 and a regular rim (10 feet) is piss of two feet... i can reverse but not as well

  • going to the elementery school was a good idea...i always tell people the best way to work on your jumping is to JUMP!!! the best is if you have an adjustable hoop so you can start low and then raise it as you get better

  • If your vertical were 36 inches you would be able to dunk 10 feet just by jumping straight up.

  • good luck man i have seen a lot of gains recently man im going to post a new video soon i havent been trainig exactly just always jumping seeing how high i can get and practicing different techniques(try raisng ur knee higher when jumping off one foot) keep ur head up

  • With all that weight training you should see improvement in your two fott vert more then 1 foot. Wacth videos of Vince Carter or Jason Richardson for the right form of a 2 foot jump. Oh and check out my vids.
