Worst Trek theme. Play this next to the emotional melody of Voyager or the chilling trumpets of DS9, or even the regal feel of TNG... there's no comparison. Not hiring someone to compose a unique and memorable theme (orchestral or otherwise) was a boneheaded move on the producers' part.
@mikeg593 well, i happen to like it. and keep in mind, Enterprise is the prequal to the entire seires, well First Contact was but it follows the events of that movie. the foundation of everything should have this kind of theme. plus, it's catchy as hell.

I simply cannot understand where you are coming from with your comment..the worst theme in trek history? I just dont see how you can say that at all. The theme is catchy..its emotive, opening credits look great and the theme song is brilliant..officially used for the manchester commonwealth games a few years back.

@aopaul Absolutely agree with you, there was no reason for them to change the tempo...i guess berman and his bad ideas, thought shit , we need to add star trek to the opening credits..make it more official and while we are at it, lets change the music for no good reason lol
