@anth1165 no he was the 2nd. the first was Adam Larsson to the NJ Devils. Scouts say there is little to nothing seperating the two tho. Larsson is more accomplished right now, Dougie has just as much if not more upside. Dougie grew a lot late so he hasn't bulked up his 6'4'' from yet. When he does...look out.
