The "Open Door Policy" is a bunch of BULLSHIT!!! We had an assistant manager who was of Pakistani descent, who was one of the nicest people there, AND one of the hardest workers. I went to my support manager about some derogatory comments that were being made against that Assistan Manager, and she told me to just try to ignore it. A few weeks later, the same people I complained about made even more comments...RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SUPPORT MGR! She just laughed it off like it was nothing.
