Maybe it's the lullaby in the movie but the true lullaby is in our heads when we read the book. we all have a different lullaby in our fantasy. that's why we all think the lullaby is so beautiful, because in our mind we imagined the most beautiful a boy could make for a girl

Carter Burwell wrote Bella's Lullaby originally for his wife. it was renamed for the movie obviously. Robert Pattinson didn't write it.

River flows in you is a lovely song too, but it isnt Bella's Lullaby.

Actually the piano piece the one in the movie, the original Bella's lullaby, was written by Robert Pattinson, it was only arranged by Carter Burwell, there is a interview in which Kristen Steward states that Rob was writing the piece.

Nope-it really dosn't mean anything. Stephanie Meyer said that all the other book covers have meanings behind them-but the cover for New Moon was picked by the editor or the company or something and that she didn't pick it out on her own. I guess some one if they though really hard about it could come up with a meaning for it.

I absolutely love this song..ever since I read Twilight and wanted to find a song that went with it this is the one that I chose..and it doesn't matter to me that it wasn't in the movie because the one in the movie was just as pretty..I'll just always think of this as her lullaby :)

I love "River Flows in You" but I'm glad they didn't use it. Firstly.. idk I feel as if there should have been an original tune made for it (which there was). Secondly, lots of people are disillusioned - they think this IS the official lullaby. Thirdly, it's not fair to Yiruma that people recognize this as "Bella's Lullaby" rather than "River Flows in You". And it's been around such a long time. It's sad that it now has gotten rampant recognition.
