1) He almost opened the door, but realized it wasn't locked and had to shut it. Notice he put his hand on the door at the top to kind of hold it and pull at the same time
2) Wraith runs past Jericho at the end of the video, but didn't realize the camera was still on him so it looked bad.
Dude he did this on purpose....think about if he did it on accident theres people all around the arena that would have ran and opened the door....and they wouldnt have even started the match...

Anyone saying he didn't mean to lock himself outside makes me laugh. He did it on purpose, the only botch is the door didn't close all the way so he shut it himself, but covered it up decently well. That's the only botch. Come on think about it, did he walk out that door with his eyes closed and 5 seconds later realize he was outside?
