What it lacked were creepy awesome demons like the sleeper and the undead dragon and decent combat

@tavi921 - weird. Fight system was incredibly easy for me. One of the basic spells + ~600 mana, then mana regen and everything into arcane = elite orks required one charged shot or 2 simple ones. The only hard opponents were undead spellcasters in varant temples. For city liberation stack rain of fire several times. Enemies will die before even reaching you while you stand still and recast RoF. As for the vid - music is great but this city is WAY too hard to access.

@M0rsS4ncta i've played with and without the 1.74 (or 3 idk) patch and much improvement didn't occur. i am a fan of the gothic series, didn't get the chance to play arcania, but gothic 3 was a BIG disappointment. the fighting system was shit. even a fucking goblin could still kill you at lvl 70 or at least damage your hp by 75%.

I played gothic 1 , 2 and notr expansion ....i never played an more epic game to this day. Gothic 3 and 4 ruined everything . The only thing gothic 3 has superior over the older ones is the music ....wich i cant argue here , is one of the most epic music i heard.
