LOL MB was great before Burroughs and Chapin got their hands on the real estate. Cut a deal with Hard Rock Park. at the expense of the landmark Pavilion. Now both are gone. Ain t the same.

@MrLRGskate Theres tons to do!! Our family went last year & we are going again for summer 2011. My brother is 17 and did lots at myrtle.. He went golfing, jet skiing, went to the Family Kingdom and went on all the amazing rollercoasters, swam in the warm pools and hung out in the hot tub, banana boating, swimming with the dolphins, and more(: thats what he did.. haha it depends what you are into but thats some of the things he really enjoyed:) Hope u have a blast!!

I been to Myrtle beach for cheer leading competion. i cheer for Platinum elite all stars. WE had won first place all year so we celebrated there. We stayed at the best hotel there, Crown Reef, it was so fun. We even walked down to go to a haunted house. This dude was chasing us with a chainsaw it was so funny cause he almost got me but i ran to the elevaor before he could. But it was so much fun cant wait to go back this year.

My grandpa and grandma lives in mcbee which is about a hour from myrtle beach and my aunt lives there and we go there every summer and i love the rides but there not many rides anymore because it moved :(

when you go to Myrtle Beach Sc do not go in a sea food restaurant called the Giant Crab, beause when i was there me and my 6 family members, went there to eat out but i ended up trowing up from the soap and the raw sea food smell,, but i got used to the smell but my family did not but the food was good... o and bring about $200 when you go in there you will need it the food is alot

myrtle beach is so much fun, my grand parent live there so I go almost every week.. its so much fun, I mostly go on the go-karts though.

My grandpa and grandma lives in mcbee which is about a hour from myrtle beach and my aunt lives there and we go there every summer and i love the rides but there not many rides anymore because it moved :(

@MissNicholeTV Calabash is DISGUSTING. You should eat at Captain George's. That is the best tasting sea food ever. The crab legs are fresh, and since it's a buffet, there's all you can eat.

if i were you people i'd go to wasaga beach longest fresh water beach in the world not just a "beach" drinkin age is 19 some people just let 18 year olds in the clubs it's safe and secure there really fun wasaga beach ontario canada look it up....

@1988scottcarey i LOVE wasaga :D:D..go there every summer, but ive been to myrtle beach too :)...myrtle beach is good cuz u can go all year round :) and its bigger, wasaga is small townish and not much aside from the lake, both are awesome though but for different reasons :)

well, the problem might be the people she was trying to visit before she was lost. Who knows, she couldve gotten stabbed, beaten, or killed in any other way. But WHY do u have to blame it on the city?

when you go to Myrtle Beach Sc do not go in a sea food restaurant called the Giant Crab, beause when i was there me and my 6 family members, went there to eat out but i ended up trowing up from the soap and the raw sea food smell,, but i got used to the smell but my family did not but the food was good... o and bring about $200 when you go in there you will need it the food is alot

I love it here! I have lived here my whole entire life and this song makes me love it more! I so miss the pavilion though :( It seems like they are shutting everything down.
