Also, in Paul Nitzes Strategic Bombing Survey he says "in all probability prior to 1 November 1945, Japan would have surrendered even if the atomic bombs had not been dropped, even if Russia had not entered the war, and even if no invasion had been planned or contemplated."

@againstbeinggreen the fact remains that the dropping of the atomic bomb was obviously an extremely serious war crime. as well as the fact that morally it is wrong to completely demolish two entire cities and make them uninhabitable for decades afterwards. If you will, you can clearly see that the bomb could be seen as a form of terrorism that was only aimed at getting an early unconditional surrender from Japan which as I said earlier would have occured without the dropping of the bombs

the atomic bomb was one of the most disgusting thing the american government has done. I'm American and I can testify that the bomb was a complete waste.....our troops were very close to winning the war with Japan, and we would have needed only a few more months to win the war....we didn't need to demolish an entire city to accomplish that. Innocent people should not need to get involved in war, but throughout history, they have been forced to.

Argh that's such a fucking awesome line. Good video, nice editing and audio quallity but you should have added the lyrics. That Japanese movie's low budject shows and you should never repeat scenes, you could have just added some stock nuclear footage to fill in.
