there are lots of things to do like buggy tours scuba diving and many other activities.

water sports are the most famous on the island

My fav place of all time and I've been to all Spanish Islas, a car is a must, its sooo easy to drive there and impossible to get lost! I think only 4 or 5 sets of traffic lights on whole island, I drive it top to bottom everytime I go, it takes around 2.30 mins if you take it easy.

Loads of beaches to visit, we're going back June 9th and cant wait, if anyone wants info on best places to visit and eating out please feel free to message me

@SuperAlfiedog We found a few good bars with live music - our favourite is the Rock Island Bar - do a google search they have a web cam showing the live music each night. We like live music and found plenty of them - Enough bars too rith live football and karaoke and bars just to sit and drink in! we have been twice and are going again in about 2 months so I think that sort of proves we find it a good place for a good time.

@SuperAlfiedog Plenty of wind there - esp on the flag beach just outside the town. I think the name Fuerteventura comes from the word wind (sure I read it somewhere)

I used to live in Corralejo! I was feeling nostalgic so was looking at Videos of it & came across yours! It really cheered me up - I know the silver man - he's Sebastian - also saw a friend. Can't wait to tell them they're on YouTube. I turned the volume right up to hear the waves - perfect :-) Also, you'll never believe it but I've just moved by Poppleton Road School. It's a bit different to where I was living - I'm fed up of the snow. MAY GO BACK!

Strangely enough I also stayed at the Oasis Dunas and Yes I enjoyed both Corralejo and the Oasis Dunas (so much so am going back to stay at the same hotel in November this year!)

Great vid , first went to Corralejo early 90's when there was still vast open areas of desert and rock between the apartment complexes but still the same great laid back atmosphere , your vid reminds me I need to get back there after a 3 year gap .Thanks .

amazing place. went in 2007. shame about the wind but you only really feel it at night. stayed in oasis tamarindo for 2 weeks. i mind that wee sliver man just outside the market and sometimes down in the town :). misss it alot. amazing places to eat and drink. over all the weather is amazing just sometimes the wind can be strong so i would take a jumper for night time.
