Smokiestaaa2 is right about 2:43, it's one of the first episode of the first season.
But for 1:37 and 3:05, it's from the fumuffu season (ep 2 and 4)
Anyway, it's a season to watch entirely <3
(I know, it's been a while since the question was asked, but who know ? the answer could interest someone...) ;)

@cute0cyco - That chick was a girl is supposed to be another one of the whispered who was experimented on. A guy helped her escape, but they both got chased after. Then Mithril came in to save the day. I don't think Sousuke and the others knew all the details of their mission at the time, since he had no idea about the Whispered untill the end of episode 8.
