don't even know. Because, trust me, if you stopped smoking your cigarette and quit chewing your tobacco long enough to look and see the North Forest band in comparison to OUR band, you might just quit scratching your posterior long enough to pick your nose. And then you'll feel accomplished. Because since you're obviously not physically or mentally capable of playing an instrument and marching at the same time, at least you'll get to watch it be done in style.

HIGHEST possible rating. Umm...gee...when was the last time the football team made it past the first few rounds of playoffs? Since when has the drill team brought home a trophy? I'm not trying to belittle their achievements at all or say that the band is the best, but I'm just trying to put it into perspective for you. Because you obviously don't get it. MONTHS and playing musical literature (yes, LITERATURE because music is an art) that's difficulty far exceeded this one. The people of Mont Belvieu just don't know how lucky they are to have such a wonderful band, and don't recognize them for what they are. And in case these profusely ignorant people also didn't know that the band made STRAIGHT 1s at contest, they did. That means 3 renown judges in the musical world watched them perform and thought so highly of them that they gave them the

Ignorant. In one word you can summarize the general population of this community. People keep saying that our band is "boring" just because it doesn't play a selection of music more appropriate for grinding and performing other obscene activities than actually marching to on a regular basis. That was NOT the best the band ever performed. Yes, they performed SPECTACULARLY, but, if you were wondering, that only took a week to learn. this being my sons last year in high school, this performance was amazing!!!! Barbers Hill community needs to realize, that the band does alot for the school and community and they are hardly recognized....this right here, proved how great the band program is....THEY ROCK! MY SON WAS PLAYING THE BASS GUITAR....
