@lifexruiner I am not sure if acetone in the fuel tank does increase gas mileage. In the video, I have stated that I was not going to pour the acetone in my gas tank because I do not know the dangers it might do. That's why I created this video experiment to see if acetone does deteriorate important engine materials. I advise you NOT to put acetone in your fuel tank, but to do "extensive" research if it has any significant impact.
@ajuk1 I didn't know it gets diluted in the tank. Plus, I'd rather have the video be unedited because I want others to see it step-by-step and not have second-doubts from anyone.
@gurilla47 It does get diluted. While you do put pure Acetone in the tank, it is put in at a ration of 500:1. Or, 2 ounces of Acetone to 5 gallons of gas.
Using only Acetone is very dangerous, very costly ($17/gal), and will damage your engine because it will burn very hot, and incorrectly. But (speaking from personal and current experience) it will not damage your engine at a 500:1 ratio
@vlasktom I do understand that I did a pure acetone test onto those materials. And I do understand that you use a small amount of acetone into your fuel tank. Check out the following videos I did about the results and what I learned. Thanks for commenting.
So in this video , you are ONLY using Acetone. There is no gasoline. If you only put acetone in your car, of course you would ruin your car.

I think you're meant to dilute it down.

@saturnfiverocket I don't know if you're meant to dilute the Acetone. From the videos I've seen on YouTube, the YouTubers used pure Acetone.

@gurilla47 Yeah it gets diluted in your tank.
