Man, I used to tape every Disney Sunday Night movie off tv every week. I had I-Man, 14 Going On 30, Not Quite Human, Computer Who Wore Tennis Shoes, and so many more.

I watched this movie on Italian television, RAI in 1988, because they have a convention with Disney. I wish this wonderful movie was available on dvd, because it was broadcasted that year only, and I didn't own a vcr then. It's better this movie compared to other stuff of the Eighties. Sadly those other movies are available on dvd.

Did this really originally air as a two parter? I saw it originally, but I never noticed. I seem to remember it being a singular two hour telecast. But maybe I'm wrong.

Or maybe it was later rebroadcast in full.

I saw the original airing of this TV Movie. This was The Wonderful World Of Disney's answer to "Big". It's not uncommon for their to be two movies, whether theatrically, or on TV about the same subject.

In 1987 and '88 , there was "Like Father, Like Son" and "Vice Versa", in '92, there were TWO movies about Christopher Columbus, and in '98, there was "Deep Impact" and "Armageddon"

And so on, and so on.
