Yeah the commands can get annoying in the contests, in a USAPL meet for the bench press they give you a start command, pause command, and a rack command, just one more annoying command to throw in there lol, a lot of people in my weight class got red lighted because they started to early and didn't wait for the start command or racked the weight before the rack command.
i always have to train myself before an event for discipline for the rack command i didnt do this time i to wrap up in the weight and i get real excited after a good lift hey 450 this day felt like 225.....
Nice lift, and to answer one of the questions at the top, he got the red light from the head judge for not waiting on the "rack" command, which is easy to forget.
