I've just finished reading "The Shack" (William P. Young (Brazilian version, in Portuguese) and I believe that nothing happens just by chance... and this song is perfect to compose the film they intend to make based on the book... Everyone must read it (A Cabana, in Portuguese). Wonderful!!! And Neil Diamond's voice is as deep as the whole story!...

@Maremarisa hate to be the bad guy but The Shack is a incorrect book. The Bible clearly shows that God and the HS are of the male gender and to claim they would portray themselves in something they're not is biblically incorrect. Sorry, im not judging you or anything, the book is a great read just incorrect.

I first heard this song on oa all places "American Idol" last year. It seems destined to become one of Neil Diamond's Classics. For all of his success, he seems like a humble guy. Thanks Thornbird for posting the lyrics, got to sing it with my daughter.
