ive never seen this kind of thing before, i'm an mma fan and i just stumbled across this..its WAY better than regular pro wrestling today, it looks alot more like a fight and they hit each other just hard enough so that it doesn't look completely stupid.... wwe could learn from this

It is pro-wrestling and all good. U-Style just like UWF before it didnt pretend to be MMA. They called themselves pro-wrestling organisations. In Japan, Pro Wrestling & MMA is seen as one in the same but just different rules. Sakuraba said in his Biography that it is like Karate, the same martial art but just different rules.

The strikes in this are no more harder to what you will see by certain wrestlers in New Japan, Noah etc. Stiff strikes have been in Japan for decades!

from a personal perspective, I see that they're actually hitting each other, but this fight is set in any case, so it's a "fake" fight; because as you all know, a real fight is not prepared beforehand. they do this in pro-wrestling anyway, but with less intentisity. I just can't understand how people are still arguing about the veracity of this fight...

Certainly very different,certainly well worth viewing.The excellent camera work/shots/focus on the guys in the ring enhanced the pleasure and enjoyment of this match.Go's with out saying that size is not every thing to make a win.
