@sarahmaehooray no its not dogs have excellent hearing but for things like this they hear close to the same as us. If they did that whenever something hurt their ears why does many dogs not do it? And why does a dog bark and howl so loud if they can hear so good? Wouldnt it hurt their ears too? That phone is hardly loud enough to do anything. Its just a natural response in some dogs to howl when they hear noise Some dogs do some dont, is has nothing to do with hurting their ears.
