Mizuchi is a cheap character, but in cheapness levels Magaki and KOF 95 Rugal outclassed him.

Dude, it's already out. They always release soundtracks for their games. They just cut the songs really short, for some reason.

Yes, it's part of the game. It's from the arranged soundtrack, and the home ports have it in the options menu.

Sort of. I'm guessing this version came from te soundtrack CD. The in game version loops and dosen't have an ending. It also has an infamous glitchthat causes the track to repeat itself for a few seconds. I think that's what Bronzecop was talking about.
