It's more or less right.  Princess Leigh01 is right: you need to put an F after your A minor instead of holding the A minor for two more beats. The descending bit at second 33 is voiced too low: listen to the intro on the original. Also: learn about inversions instead of playing every chord in root position.

I don't know how long you have been playing piano, but you need to add the F# slide to G when you change from C to G in the intro. It really makes a difference. Also try the C in it's 3rd inversion (E,G,C) to get close to the original.
