@Fperez04 Nope. You can install in a virtual machine or have it upgrade your existing Windows data. It's not quite stable enough to be a main OS though.

This shouldn't be dubbed as an official Windows version, in my opinion. It seems just an attempt that Microsoft wants to make at a touch OS. Wouldn't it make more sense to call it something like Windows: Touch? If I do end up ever getting Windows 8, I'll find a way to disable the touch interface. Though, through past experience, it seems that Windows greatness skips a generation, so Windows 9 will be awesome.

@Coi1221 funny that you say that, most companies i've interned for told me this first hand! thy must hop off. other broswers straight up do more and on top of that are multiplat, more effective for bussiness than IE. and no not everyone uses windows, for example google keeps windows computers to a minimum unless they need to compile or test software on it, other than that all their employees have a mac / linux based distro. get with the times bro.

looks kinda dificult at first and restraining, but is a whole new transicion from desktop-like OS to tablet-like OS, since the begginings of the 90´s we have been using desktops and know 20 something years later, we have to change, of course Microsoft set up the option for desktop-tablet maybe they are preparing something for us in the near future...or maybe they are just copying Apple like they have been doing from the start (I think we all know the answer to that)
