@BikesAndSunshine That really depends on where you shop at actually. If you happen to shop at random clothing stores (such as at the place I got that dress) you might even be able to bargain with the shopkeeper. Though right now I can't exactly remember how much they cost, but probably around 10-20SGD.

I don't quite remember what I was wearing. If I'm not wrong it's from the L'oreal Wear Infinite in Brazilian Duo. The red-brown all over, the gold on the inner corner and a black on the outer corner. Very lightly though since I didn't want dramatic definition.

I guess you could, yes. Though for some brighter or redder blushes some people say it might not be recommended for the eye area. Not entirely sure but I guess it should be able to be used there.
