I like how a lot of people are saying he's bad, especially when he has way more experience than them probably (read his information on his website), just because his tone is really frizzy here. Most people don't know what they are talking about. He played it almost perfect. Way better than I could. People need to realize there is always room for improvement whether its your tone, skills, equipment, etc.

I think it's obvious if something would be sped, you don't get that tone consistency when you hold a note when a video is sped up. @cezar40 Just downpicking it looks like, I started learning this song not too long ago but the main riff and pretty much the entire song is down picked, it's not a bad song to start developing your downpicking on. Just start slow and steadily work up, you want to gain speed but not loose accuracy in the process.
