I know I'm probably gonna get thumbs downed for saying this, but I don't care. I actually like Peach's new voice. Now don't get me wrong, I never had a problem with her old voice at all. I just think her new voice makes her sound more grown up and mature.
@MissStar091995 No, Luigi has been voiced by Charles Martinet since Mario Kart 64. But Jen Taylor did voice other characters rather than just Peach such as Toadette, Dixie Kong, Toad, and even Daisy (she voiced her in Mario Parties 3-5).
