I listen to so many people these days that say "like" in every sentence. It's definetly bad English, but for someone where English is not their first language it is an easy short cut within a sentence, and for those where it's their first, and I guess it's kind of a new speaking way? not sure though. It's like "fuck" you can use it in almost any tense any form, "like, " "Shut the Fuck up you Fucking Fuck.
