after doing kickboxing and thai boxing for many years, I went to a boxing gym to get my hands better but it's so different.

i thought, I'm gonna train in boxing for 2-3 years and have the most viscous hands and go to a kickboxing match and wreck people

boxing did help me but the whole weaving, ducking is different in boxing. i think to train in boxing is good but if you do TOO MUCH boxing then it may hurt you in MMA

dude fedor was just pacing himself. Just because arlovski is over zealous doesn't mean he is better. Brock was all over Mir before Mir subbed him. Gonzaga was all over Carwin before Carwin Knocked him out cold. When you get all jumpy and shit you lose sight and you are more vulnerable in making mistakes which is what happened in all of them. The best fighter is the one who has a cold demeanor which allows him to think strategically and spot mistakes a lot easier = Fedor the emperor.

What he said is that AA did not make any real damage to him, though neither did him to AA and whatever punches AA was trying to throw landed nowhere. When AA made a mistake he capitalized on it.
