@ChocoaNuggetz It's easy to play - badly. It takes disciplined practice routines to become a player you'd want to listen to. You gotta love it. The great thing about the web is that there are a lot of places to find stuff on technique and practice tips.

highly recommend something like this for a jazz band, but to start marching band...use an intermediate or maybe even a beginner model. The reason is because of the abuse the horn is gonna take over the marching seasons; definitely would wanna take care of a good horn

this one is tenor. also when u say u wanna switch to sax, dont just drop clarinet cuz youll need it as a double

this is a tenor. saprano kinda is shaped like a clarinet and is i think, second highest in pitch in the saxophones. the only one higher than a saprano is a sapranino. and alto is the other middle voice saxophone.

I like the Yanagisawa horn. I believe you are using a Vandoran optimum ligature, correct? Have you ever tried a Bay or Winslow?

I've tried Bay and wasn't too crazy about it. Have you tried any of the Ultimate Ligatures? Or perhaps the Ishimori Ligature?
