I went through that hip injusry where I didnt train for three months, then I rented out my house and moved to a different city with my family while my wife goes to school so a lot has been going on. I have been lifting now for the last 6 weeks so when I start lifting reasonable weight again I will start posting!
@pumping18 Thanks. Yes it is my basement gym. There are dumbbells up to 100 pounds, a cardio section, mirrors over 3 walls and it is 35 feet long with 2 rooms built off of it. It is my sanctuary!
@jlinteris dude im a rookie at this stuff I just recently started doing Bench Press, Deadlifts, Squats & Cleans in order for me to get stronger for Football. How did you not need a spot with that heavy ass weight and at the end what would you have done if you couldnt get that weight up? That was nuts haha
@Obi1BenoBEE30 haha I just got this notification even though it is 4 months old. To answer your question, I have safety bars set up at a height that is just below my chest height. I have failed many times so I just deflate my chest and the bar rests on the rack and I climb out. The rack is bolted to the cement floor, very stable and safe.
@bomdigi1 haha no doubt. For the most part when I lift up like that I am still resting on my glutes and legal. There was some definate ass raising there though. I agree. I hate seeing that in my vids but I get so caught up with actually hitting the reps that I forget about proper positioning.
You are REAL close to a 238 x 1 lift probably. That would be 200 more pounds than your weight. That's crazy strength! I gotta get my weight down if I want to hang with guys like you and Bretzerr in impressive for weight lifts lol
That was insane my brother.....4 plates for a loonie triple....very unorthodox 3rd rep...ha, ha....but that's very strong for being unmotivated and still detoxing. NICE.

I was hoping to get that for 3 soon but I only got 390 x 3 my last workout.Work has been pounding the shit out of my shoulders.If I have the energy next time I think I'll try 410 x 2.You should be at a solid 440-445 when you get around to maxing.
@HHH396 Yeah I might try maxing next week if I can motivate myself to lift hard. The 3rd rep was messed. Itwasnt an obvious power issue. I pressed it towards my face and I let off and started and sure as shit the weight kep moving. Saying I was surprised is an understatement.
