  • @antnotforwar

Haha idiot you obviously know as little about moral as about socialism...pitty any idiot can write every shitty thought that corsses his mind in yt comments...

  • That looks awesome, when will it hit theaters?

  • Robin Hood is socialist. Fuck him!

  • I'm 19 and this is easily the greatest Robin Hood film ever. One of my favourite movies. Evrything about it is quality, the action, the music, the one liners. Brilliant!

  • i love errol flynn but i hate his hair in this movie.

  • Perfect Hood.

  • You do realize that the guy who plays Prince John is the same guy who plays the "I am shocked, shocked" Inspector in Casablanca? FTW!!!!

  • That's a fly ass garment at 1:24.

  • Errol Flynn could turn a phrase and not seem long winded. Insult or seduce with a smile and a quip. He was the best non super hero-hero.

  • this one is wonderfull and still I was born 1977 LOL

    The Adventures of Robin Hood

    The Crimsome Pirate

    Ivanho

is awsame adventure movies , that even this generation shud watch

  • Compare to all other Maid Marians, Olivia De Havilland is the best! :D

  • Olivia De Havilland she was nice

  • HOW THE ROBIN HOOD SHOULD LOOK LIKE ?

    ONLY LIKE EROLL FLYNN !!!

HOW THE TARZAN SHOULD LOOK LIKE ?

    ONLY LIKE JOHNNY WEISSMULLER !!!

PEOPLE, ITS THE SAME THING !!! :)

  • THE BEST VERSION EVER !!!

The Adventures of Robin Hood 1938

  • they was good but when I see them now they make me bored

  • This looks like a movie se int medieval times. Guys didn't have SHORT TRIMMED HAIR!

  • Errol Flyyn IS Robin Hood!!!

  • Comment removed

  • What always stood in my memory was the Flynn and Rathbone duel. Funnily enough, I always wanted Rathbone to win and Flynn's Hood was too smug.

  • Olivia De Havilland is much hotter than Cate Blanchett

  • Best robin hood ever, nothing will ever beat the chemistry between errol flynn and olivia de havilland! Also, having special effects, and a more modern screenplay doesn't always make for a better movie, not when dealing with a classic story such as this.

  • im sure this was a good one, but none of the robin hood movies will beat Kevin Costners. nuff said

  • For anyone who wants to see a classic 30's adventure film, this is the one to see.

  • By today's standards it's tame and very dated, but I still love it and think it's a million times better then the crap Russell Crowe version.

  • great film, don't remember how many times I watched it

  • This is just about the best movie done in early Technicolor, and, co-incidentally, the best preserved. Considering that it was made circa 1938, it holds up quite well upon full viewing ( put down your I-whatever).

  • best robin hood movie ever made, deals with just about everything we know or have ever read about this english legend, never tire of watching this movie,

  • fail

  • #OMG a goocl movie to download it vshmone.сom

  • The best Robin Hood film, certainly far better than the awful 2010 version with a far too old and fat Russell Crowe.

  • @JuanMacready No matter how many times they re-make Robin Hood, the results always seem to make the Flynn version look even better.

  • so many Robin Hood movies on screen since the picture learns to go. but for me, thats the best Robin Hood movie ever made. thx for upload the trailer. 5*****

  • There's an ironical fact about the German synchronisation of this movie, that came out in 1950. Robin Hood (Errol Flynn) was spoken by Hans Nielsen, Little John (Alan Hale) was spoken by Otto Wernicke. In 1943 both actors were starring in the Anti-british movie Titanic, Nielsen as the fictitious first officier Petersen and Wernicke as a crazy version of Edward Smith (I know, they're just actors but it's funny, when the same actors did complete different meanings in different movies)

  • @04279 Huh?

  • I saw this movie, I have to say, it's a great movie with great actors and very authentic with the story.

The fight between Little John and Robin Hood and the dinner scene in the castle are some of my favorite scenes.

Is this the first colored movie? One year before "The Wizard of Oz"?

  • @04279 Do you refer to movies with an African-American cast? LOL

  • No. One perfect example of a color film before Robin Hood is Snow White & The 7 Dwarfs.

  • Fun Fact: One of the directors of this film, Michael Curtiz, also directed Casablanca.

  • @VirtualBoy500 Curtiz was one of Hollywood's great directors. From what I've read, he was not a lot of fun to work with though, if you happened to be an actor.

  • @errolfan He directed a huge amount of Flynn's films, didn't he?

  • @Bigqwertyuo1 You may be referring to Michael Curtiz, who was brought into Robin Hood to punch up the action. He directed many of Flynn's most successful movies.

  • @errolfan Yep, sorry, old comment I see now.

  • I give up. If you want to watch something for free, you could do a lot worse.

  • I feel like an outlaw... in a world of scammers.

  • A short while ago I was commenting about Nazi spies, but now I have a more urgent calling. Please don't promote your favorite downloads here. If you really want to comment on "The Adventures of Robin Hood", make a REAL comment about the movie.

  • @errolfan you seem to be an authority on errol flynn. give me all you have got im most interesed

  • @999widgey I'm flattered. I've watched his movies for 50 years now, and continue to do so. About the best thing I've got is "The Films of Errol Flynn" by the late Tony Thomas and Rudy Behlmer. A lot of what I know about Errol is thanks to them. I was first introduced to Flynn's movies back in the early 60's from an afternoon show called Bill Kennedy's Showtime (in the Detroit area). Bill was a former contract player with Warner's and also did some interviews with other stars, such as George Raft

  • This movie by passes ANY Robinhood movie ever made!

Good acting...no need to exstensive violence, good fight scenes Love this movei!!!

  • Rusell Crowe's perfomance is incredible. I saw it online at tvserieshub.Xcom

  • This trailer is from the 1948 re-release of Robin Hood. If anyone knows where to access the original trailer...

  • @Julia1x2 I guess that there is hope for the world after all. A Classic movie viewed by later generations. Not to mention, a lot of just plain, fun.

  • i remember watching this movie when i was a kid. and now i saw the trailer of the new one, and it does not even look like a robin hood film but just an accumulation of slaughters... oO

  • @SmokingBirds to be honest the robin hood (2010) isnt what u think it is , its more based on he really was and its not made for the little children who admires hero's. i like both in their own ways tough.

  • @casinobrawl1 is that so?

to me it seemed utterly unrealistic and stupid.

so king richard died on the way back home and was not captured? u think that correct?

unfortunatly i cant remember anything else of the unlogic storyline the film made up.

  • @SmokingBirds i was talking about robin hood , not bout those details,ur indeed right about how cliché the rest of the movie is , but i love the way he's portraited :D

  • Very seldom do I agree with Roger Ebert about movies. His rating of the latest Robin Hood is two out of four Stars. If I can quote, "Their Robin is another weary retread of the muscular macho slaughterers who with interchangeable names stand at the centre of one overwrought bloodbath after another". I'll pretend to have seen it. Two thumbs down.

  • It´s imposible to compete against this classic muajaja

  • This film is miles better than the new Robin Hood, which does not even feel like a Robin Hood film.

The trailer to the new film is so misleading it's a joke

  • hahaha omg so colorful hahaha

  • Russell Crowe can't do this movie justice. He's too old, too Aussie(sorry), too ugly and not to mention is a little bit on the short side. Other than that, he's a body double for Errol Flynn.

  • @errolfan What you thought about Costner as Robin Hood?

  • @F5connecting If you"re asking me about Kevin Costner, I remember him promoting his movie at the time, calling the Errol Flynn version "hokey". After that comment, I never bothered to watch his non- hokey whatever, including his re-make.

  • Oh, dear. Russell Crowe had better get his version right. He's going to have a hard time living up to Errol Flynn's classic.

  • Got to agree errolfan, some people don't know a classic when it's shoved under their noses.

Got to say, what brilliant movies have they watched recently?

  • @Bigqwertyuo1 Thanks - Michael

  • The Black Fox!!!

  • Just when I thought there was hope for the upcoming generation, the latest commenters show up. I lol at their lame nazi spy nonsense. Classic films will last long after they're gone.

  • @errolfan but those clothes suck!

  • @avadakedaver Styles have changed since 1938.
