So far, you have used this machine on fairly clean cars, What if you have a pretty dirty car, with mud all over the car, Do you still think this machine will work? Not really, because using steam to clean the car, you will need to constantly wipe the car with towel, I cant imagine how many towel you will need to clean a fairly dirty car. I must say tho, cleaning wheels and engine and interior wit steam is excellent, BUT not the external tho.

@itisgaryliu For the case, the machine has moisture control valve. With Optima’s adjustable humidity in the steam, you are able to manage to wash all kind of dirty cars. Optima's steam is powerful enough to sweep away all mud on car surface; the mop is used not to get rid of the dirt and mud but remained moisture on car surface in order to avoid having water mark behind.

No, in no way.

You have to remove dust, dirts and other residues at first as good as you can with steam gun and then wipe it with white mop. That will be the perfect way to wash your car.
