MAD came frome one of the top animation production company which is "MAD HOUSE".
One day, a certain man created wonderful movie.
He thought the movie looks like MAD HOUSE'S movie and he wrote it in BBS.
Since then we have called good amateur's movie "MAD".
For further information, look up "MAD movie" in wikipedia.

Origin is Takahiro Kishida who was the first to call him "Shisho",which means master in English,.

Who or what is Sakuga?
I dont understand.
Im a serious animator, age 17 drawing like crazy, about to go to CA to AAU to study, i need all the information i can get.

Sakuga means key animation (sometimes include in-between animation,it depends on).
However, our sakuga means wonderful key animation which draw top animators in most cases.
And we respect top animators and fine Sakuga so we create Sakuga MAD.
I cant understand that why did you ask "why did we create MAD?".
If you are interested in Sakuga,it's natural way to create Sakuga MAD.
