can i play subtitles in divx mode?

i have a problem, i got one of these players. It plays the files but it doesnt display the files. I can create files but i can select an file to play. Can you help me please?

not for playing rm rmvb files, but yes, for some other files. not all movie files can be played. do you have any problems using this?

yes, it can play divx. the manufacturer said avi is ok, but i tried, it does not play avi. probably not all avi can be played.
