The reason so many people filmed it, is because everyone is walking around documenting whatever they can, since foreign and domestic press & media are restricted to their hotels & homes.

Another thing to be noticed is that

1. a man is seen carrying a jacket over his left arm, who was standing behind the lady just after the fatal shot (assuming the event is genuine). He makes a gesture of a gun with his right hand and is turned towards the injured victim walking around from behind the victim as the cameraman moves towards them, with his head turned towards them so that only his profile is filmed. In subsequent footage the man has already moved away rather rapidly.

note* the jacket is wrapped over, and completely obstrues hand from sight... Was anything else in his hand covered by the jacket?

2. In another shot, a man is seen walking away at the beginning of one of the footage pieces.  But the man's finder cuts out the face from sight, and as this man passes by, the cameraman turns his sight downwards... and then as soon as the person has passed, moves in holding the camera up and with the sight unobstrued.

Strangely, that part with the man walking by has been cut and edited out of many of the versions posted on youtube... although even from that angle and man walking by there is a significative piece of footage at the very beginning, where the injured party is recorded from a distance. So why cut out that part? To save a few seconds? To jump to the close ups? maybe... maybe not
