I've had this song rattling around in my head for a year or so since i first saw this clip, because i knew i heard that horn sample somewhere before. It finally came to me yesterday! Its from Cause & Effect 'What Do You See'. Its easier to tell from the live clip. They must not have got the sample cleared because the album version differs a bit like they cut the sample up.
