Yo I need to explain what this thing was really all about in 76 thru 80. It was about the beat yall. Planetarie Citizen,Breaking Bells,Bob James. The music was first the mC's were 2nd. I was thier baby.
these are cats doing it for the love of the music and respect of their peers..no need for marketing budgets, A&R's, radio play...they got love and respect the old fashioned way...they earned it..peace to all the old school Mc's and Dj's in the world!
I can't Thank you Enough for posting & sharing this HipHop Archive..You've inspire & motivate me to do the same since I've a lot also on cassettes, although,I've to stop being a procrastinator...I'm Curious where did you get this piece of HipHop History? Peace & OneLove,d.j.AB!1
No problem. Peace and one love to you as well. It's no trouble, pain or strain at all. I actually managed to get a tape of this a long time ago (around early 2001), but my parents ended up accidentally throwing it away and losing it. Eventually, I found that someone had uploaded it on the Internet (don't get me wrong... I'm a purist; I had to pay $70 to get that cassette. It went for a LOT of money back in those days).
lol. Spoke to Sharon (Sha-Rock) yesterday!
