So, given this example above and following your video:
1. it IS legal
2. we're talking about downloading mp3 files that CANNOT contain viruses or malicious software
3. you download directly from the website, no registering, you don't even have to give your email! So from start to finish everything is clear and transparent for the user
That being said, I think your video is just plain advertising containing afirmations that are not always true. Like I just demonstrated.

Not all free websites are illegal, or hackers sites or whatever!
There are websites that provides really FREE and LEGAL content and they earn from the advertisements they display in the website.
One such example is ORINGZ. com . There is only original content that the creator chose to give it away for free.
